Is the Belmont plateau closed every single night now?

No more late night views? cops are blocking the entrance every night at this point. Is it really because of the shootin? Seriously?

If so Im sorry but theres a shootin damn near every millisecond in philly. You just don't know where, when, and if you may get caught in the cross fire. Are they gonna lock and put a curfew over the whole city? No, so what's goin on here?
