Is there a limit to pre booked holidays?

Im due to start a new job end of September but ive got some pre booked holidays. Is it a legal right for companies to give me the pre booked holiday?

Im gonna be off for 3 weeks end of December into January so is there a limit to how much pre booked holidays im allowed legally
