Hi, This creative non-fiction uses the allegory of theater to explore gaslighting and performative morality within mission-driven orgs. Content warning for betrayal and isolation trauma. The prose is purpose-driven, resulting in hybrid literary-exposé style. I would appreciate clear feedback, particularly on any of the following:
Content: Is the core concept engaging and relatable? Do the coined terms work (e.g., The Nether, un-consequences, etc)?
Structure: How effective is the three-act play structure with intro and epilogue? Is the theater metaphor consistent?
Prose: Thoughts on accessibility, style, flow, pacing, etc.
Resonance: Does the emotional impact land? Does it feel grounded in authentic language that describes these social patterns?
Please be as direct as necessary. I'd also love to hear about one thing that stood out to you, good or bad. A big thank you to this community for your time!
