Neck Shot First Aid?

Apologies to all if this crosses the line, but I really am curious. Saw the close up video of Charly Kirk getting shot. It was a gusher. Any 18Ds here who can suggest how to approach stopping a bleed like that in the neck? Put yourself near the stage. What would you have done?
