Spooky Commander Deck

Hello, all! I've been looking into building a new deck recently to have something custom to play aside from my primary deck, partially because I want to try out something new, but also to give my pod a break from dealing with Golgari Infect on a weekly basis. With October around the corner, I figured it was a good opportunity to build something seasonally appropriate. I've currently narrowed it down to these three options.

My pod is fairly casual, so i'm not worried about being super competitive. The only specific worth noting is that these will essentially be tribal decks, Rakdos included. If you have recommendations for what to include in the 99 for any of them, feel free to mention those as well!
