KR-1 grousers

So KR-1 has the same ground resistances as IS-7, where i have heard grousers helps the acceleration more than turbo. Of course, turbo also helps extend the top speed limit past 60 km/h as well as the reverse speed, while grousers also boosts traverse speed.

But if we simply compare acceleration, is grousers a strict upgrade?
