XB7 Router

Hello. The past couple of months our XB7 Xfinity Router has been cutting in and out for seconds to minutes at a time. I even have issues when playing video games and have a direct Ethernet cable. Any suggestions? I’ve done everything regarding resetting it and unplugging, etc.
