Do you have to recite Talbiyah for 4 hours? Non stop

If someone is going to mecca from medina from the dhul hulaifa miqat.

Do they have to recite the talbiyah for the entire 4 hours?

What if they fall asleep or something? Also once they arrive in Mecca, what happens if they wanna get some rest? Do they still have to recite talbiya?
