Is there a "survival mode" type of mod available?

I played the game near launch, got 50 hours in, finished the story, and then shelved the game until I could think of a reason to pick it up again. I would of played some more, but the experience near the launch of the game wasn't up to my expectations. I was debating reinstalling and just continuing my post-story playthrough to explore the zone, but I didn't really want the endgame weapons/equipment that I have.

I'd like to start a "fresh" playthrough, but have everything accessible off the get go and create my own adventure. Sort of like a survival mode rather than a campaign mode.

Is there a mod that exists that does something along those lines? I'm not looking for anything to the depth and breadth of Stalker Anomaly or Stalker Gamma or anything like that. Just something basic that will allow me to explore with minimal gear, reset faction standings and world events that have now blocked off certain areas.
