Keg vs sodastream

Equipment Question

I've seen people talk about using a keg to force carbonate a mead.

Does anyone have experience using something like a SodaStream instead? I imagine that it can get... Messy...

Hey everyone,

I was looking over my idea sheet of Meads to make and I had scribbled "blueberry lavender" down on my list.

Sure as heck, that's going to be my next mead that I start this weekend.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with using lavender, and how much to add? I saw two recipes online that used a quarter cup, but that seems like a wild amount for a gallon, and not sure how overpowering it would be.

I would have thought a single tablespoon - but would like to have people's opinions

I'm trying to "optimize" my companion setup for the variety of activities. mostly out of boredom

are there certain companions that are best to have (multiple of) for certain activities (growth dungeon, arena, bossing, chapter breakthrough, etc...)

I'm assuming companions that effect specific activities (boss damage+) aren't useful in arena, but what does everyone's lineup across different activities look like?

Christmas trees?

🎅 Christmas 🎅

My partner and I are thinking of picking up a real Christmas tree this year. I have vague memories of parking lots that have enclosures that sold Christmas trees at home depot/Canadian tire.

Do those still exist? Is there a "better" place to get them without breaking the bank? Is it just too early in December to see them?

I need some help guys.

I've had this game for years, and make it to about lvl 20-25 or so every other wipe or so. I'm fairly familiar with the early maps at this point (customs, interchange, woods, ground zero), and dealing with regular scavs is a breeze.

But what can I do to improve my PvP skills? I'm trying to get quests done, but with this still being early into the wipe, I just can't even get close to my objectives.

I would *usually* hide in the corner for the first 10-minutes of a match. The guys who have more confidence/skills deal with the other aggressive players, and then I patiently make my way to my objective. But that plan falls apart when I have to be the "first" to someth

I played the game near launch, got 50 hours in, finished the story, and then shelved the game until I could think of a reason to pick it up again. I would of played some more, but the experience near the launch of the game wasn't up to my expectations. While I've been paying attention to the roadmap and see some improvements are scheduled to be made, I'm

I was debating reinstalling and just continuing my post-story playthrough to explore the zone, but I didn't really want the endgame weapons/equipment that I have.

I'd like to start a "fresh" playthrough, but have everything accessible off the get go and create my own adventure. Sort of like a survival mode rather than a campaign mode.

Has there been enough information gathered to determine which weapons benefit from being Raw or being elemental?

Or are we still at the experimental stage and are unsure yet?

My players and I brought up Bastions the other day as part of the new DMG that came out late 2024.

They were interested in the concept and wanted some sort of reference material to take a look at a bastion to figure out if there's something "useful" they can do with it.

I tried looking online, but there doesn't seem to be an easily digestible guide to Bastions, other than an old UA pdf that's probably a bit dated at this point.

Does anyone have a resource I can use to share with my players thats pretty much a summary of the Bastion chapter from the DMG?

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty poor at managing the dog poop in my backyard with my 4 dogs. It's a relatively small backyard in a suburban neighborhood, and I'm trying to think of ways to manage it in the future.

I've read that dog poop makes pretty crappy (pun intended) additives to a compost pile/bin. I don't live in a part of Canada where you can reliably expect to see long periods of hot weather, and the ground is pretty much frozen (albeit not snow covered) for 6 months out of the year.

However, during our "growing" season, I do my best to maintain a healthy, thriving bee-friendly garden of non-edible plants.

And I guess I have a few questions here:

So I made a small circuit that reads the logistic contents at a roboport and pretty much through a combination of circuits, outputs a signal with the items that currently have a greater demand than there is capacity in the logistics network. And then I hook that signal up to an alert, letting me know I'm down items.

So, as an example, my output signal consists of copper plate, grenades, blue science, and steel.

Right now, I can't find a way to seperate out each of these individual signals so that the alert message can tell me what items are missing. I'm trying to write a generic message in the alert such as "X is in low supply", and have X be replaced by each item in the signal.
