2K26 Disconnects Causing Lost VC/REP/Build Progress – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share an issue that’s been killing my NBA 2K26 experience. Since launch, I keep getting disconnected during or right after wins in Rec, Park, Theater, Street Kings, Proving Grounds, and even MyCareer. It always happens at the post-game payout screen, and I end up losing: • VC I should have earned • REP progression (I’d probably be near Crew Level 30 by now if not for this) • Build Specialization progress (I’ve been stuck at Level 9, should likely be finished)

I ran pathping and traceroute tests, and the connection is 100% clean through my ISP (AT&T Fiber) until it hits the 2K/Akamai servers. Other games like Fortnite, Roblox, and NCAA Football run perfectly fine.

I gave all this to 2K Support, but they keep blaming my ISP and have refused to provide any compensation or escalation. Meanwhile, I’ve lost an unknown amount of VC and progress.

I’ve seen others complain about this too — are you guys having the same issue? Has anyone actually gotten compensated or had 2K fix this?

I’m filing complaints with the FTC, Texas Attorney General, and BBB because this feels like failure to deliver digital goods I paid for. If you’ve been hit with this too, I’d recommend filing complaints as well.
