Small Business Router

I'm looking for a business router that is capable of multiple vlans for my small business. I would like a setup that is very secure. I'm not well-versed in this stuff. I'm the only employee of my small business, so I don't have tech experts.

I was considering a Unify Dream Machine Pro, but I recently read some concerning things related to their collection of personal data. Is there another option that you can recommend?

If I use the UDM Pro, and then use a VPN on each device, would this help?
