Upgrade suggestions for sim racing

Hello, I built my current PC back in 2021, these are my current specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X GPU: RTX 3060 Ti RAM: 32GB DDR4 Storage: 2TB NVMe Motherboard: MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI PSU: Corsair TX-M Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold

I currently do a lot of sim racing, mainly iRacing which I believe is a very CPU-heavy game. My plan is to get a triple monitor setup (32" 1440p). I do also occasionally use it to play various AAA games too. I'm not overly concerned about budget, moreso the most efficient/cost-effective way to improve it.

Any reccomendations on how best to upgrade this PC to support the above going foward? Thanks
