Hi, I'm currently looking to upgrade the majority of my current PC, which is a Ryzen 5 5600X / 3060 Ti build I built back in 2021.

These are the new parts I'm looking at:

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE Motherboard: MSI MAG X870E TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 GPU: 5070 Ti or 5080 PSU: Corsair RM1000e 1000 W 80+ Gold

I primarily do sim racing, with iRacing being my main game, and I'm looking to upgrade my sim rig to a triple monitor setup with 32" 1440p monitors.

I need a GPU to easily support the triple monitor setup, and iRacing is also a very CPU-intensive game which is why I'm looking at the 9800X3D.

Hi, I’m looking to upgrade both my sim racing rig and PC for iRacing and I’m essentially looking for advice on the ‘best’ way to upgrade my PC. Here is my current setup:

PC,

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X
  • GPU: RTX 3060 Ti
  • RAM: 32GB DDR4
  • Storage: 2TB NVMe
  • Motherboard: MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI
  • PSU: Corsair TX-M Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold

I’m currently running a single ultrawide 3440×1440p monitor. I’m planning on upgrading to a triple monitor rig and I’d like three 32" 1440p monitors.

My initial thinking was a GPU upgrade, I was looking at the 5070 Ti (also use the PC for AA gaming so want a solid GPU upgrade). However, as iRacing is heavy on the CPU, I’m now looking at the x3d CPUs t

Hello, I built my current PC back in 2021, these are my current specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X GPU: RTX 3060 Ti RAM: 32GB DDR4 Storage: 2TB NVMe Motherboard: MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI PSU: Corsair TX-M Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold

I currently do a lot of sim racing, mainly iRacing which I believe is a very CPU-heavy game. My plan is to get a triple monitor setup (32" 1440p). I do also occasionally use it to play various AAA games too. I'm not overly concerned about budget, moreso the most efficient/cost-effective way to improve it.

Any reccomendations on how best to upgrade this PC to support the above going foward? Thanks

So I'm currently playing through the main story at the moment and I have just got to the quest 'For Victory' and was presented with a point of no return message.

I've done all the main side quests and whatnot in Trosky but noticed the DLC is available to start and wondered if it would make sense to do it now before proceeding with the story? (no spoilers please)
