Any ideas?

Symptoms: Had some small bumps on penis for a while, never any pain or itch. Recently been getting visually worse, especially right after sex. Dermatologist said didn’t look like HPV. They don’t really get better, new ones just stop appearing. Attached: Before (June) After sex (sept) and today. Tested negative for HSV 1&2, chlamidiya, gonnorhea, HIV, all tests at Urology negative as well.
