Cat anxiety

My cat is a little over 2 years old F tabby. She has been peeing on the floor for a month straight then stopped for a week then started peeing on the floor again. Ive rules out all medical problems and got her every possible test. Now i think its just a behavioral problem. Recently tho ive noticed that she seems more uneasy. Sometimes i catch her crawling low with her tail down but im not sure why. There has been no change to anythjng and sometimes she looks anxious when there is no audibly loud noise., since ik she gets scared by loud noises. I think she may have anxiety but im not sure why. Anyone else experience this problem? How did u come about it? I dont want anymore vet visits as ive spent a ton already and i know physical health wise she is fine.
