1440p Gaming + Light Video Editing Build (Part 2) - c£2.3k budget

I've made some changes to the build, admittedly adding in cost for a blackout aesthetic in the North XL case with an AIO vs air cooler. The 4TB SSD is for storing gameplay footage etc. and will be combo'd with a 2TB Crucial P3 I already own.

Looking to purchase during prime day deals next week so hopefully can snag some discounts.
Open to any and all suggestions regarding optimizations etc. before finalizing the parts list ready to buy.

Regarding the monitor, I'm currently using an LG 27GP850-B and keen to add a second screen to the set up. The OLED would become the primary monitor but debating just picking up another IPS panel for cost reasons.

Also unsure if an additional exhaust fan could be needed for the back of the case? It's been some time since I last built.
