Damaged skin, entry point for an STD?

Hello everyone,

No current symptoms.

My main concern, is my skin arounf genital area is not intact (due to chaffing and many wounds that doesnt heal properly). IS this skin not intact at risk for STDs? (Chlamydia, gonorrhea )

I think if ibfected fluids touches the wound in the skin then it can enter the vascular system?
