Eligibility with adult child

Hi all , I have a question. I’m a single mom who lost her work in July. My child is 19, lives at home, works part time and gets OSAP for college he attends full time . He does not contribute to bills. (He doesn’t make enough for me to even ask he’s saving for a car currently ) Without adding him as a dependant, and claiming as a single adult , do I qualify for OW given he lives with me?
