How to pass a few hours tonight?

My husband is going to a show at The Clyde tonight and I’ll be DD’ing him; we live just over 2 hours away. Any recommendations on how I should spend ~7pm-11pm? It looks like most things listed online close earlier than that and I’m not jazzed about anything playing in theaters right now. Surely there’s something worthwhile I can spend a Friday night doing? TIA!
