Pretty gross they leave the cadavers everywhere. Some were from the first invasion. The story is a couple of weeks if not months. Bodies burnt on the beach, or speared to a wall in the bedroom, or dangling like wind-chimes upside down from a tree…everyone seems fine with the new decor.

That whole place would stink. I’d imagine burying the dead would be the first thing the survivors do, as well as extinguish their houses but they apparently like to live in buildings that have been burning slowly for days.

I think it’d be cool, after beating it, to have a corpse free version of the map with graves added. Maybe you 100% the game and unlock new cemeteries. Maybe lots of samurai have stepped in to volunteer to bury the dead and you have to stealthily avoid them.

I haven’t played Yoyei yet. Do they clean up the bodies at some point ?
