I'm working on leveling up my minor-blues-to-dorian catalogue of riffs. Admittedly I never developed a super deep understanding of modes and I'm at the point where I hear myself playing and it sounds like scales and arpeggios (to me).

....yes I know. Start the this on the that, and go to the this thing, because it's this note but really it's this this other scale which makes it sound like this piece of greek architecture.

What are y'alls favorite songs / players / solos with a fat catalog of bluesy dorian licks?

Currently listening to: John Scofield, Marcus King, Santana

That whole place would stink. I’d imagine burying the dead would be the first thing the survivors do, as well as extinguish their houses but they apparently like to live in buildings that have been burning slowly for days.

I think it’d be cool, after beating it, to have a corpse free version of the map with graves added. Maybe you 100% the game and unlock new cemeteries. Maybe lots of samurai have stepped in to volunteer to bury the dead and you have to stealthily avoid them.

I haven’t played Yoyei yet. Do they clean up the bodies at some point ?

Both in their prime, both approx 135lbs.

Sanda rules (no protective gear).

5oz gloves.

5, 3-minute rounds.

……….

Trick question, if this fight could happen, everybody wins.

It’s crazy they did a Netflix documentary about a cruise and didn’t feature any Filipinos at all. They’re a majority of the international crews by a long shot.

I was just driving from Elgin to Bastrop (around 11:15 pm) on 95 and a few miles before camp swift i caught whiff of the gates of hell. I couldn’t escape. At first I thought maybe it was some water treatment - then I remembered ye old animal parts recycling facility and back when they used to render in the morning. I never stopped to wonder when they rendered now or where the plant was but now I know.

Oh man. Now I know. Im out in Tahitian so tonight was the MOST concentrated I’d ever experienced.
