I cannot afford a SEBO

Purchase Advice (U.S.)

Or a Dyson or a Miele. If I've got about $400 to spend, what are some options that don't have awful custom service and replacement parts are easy to find for when something inevitably breaks? Trying to avoid anything bagless. Is Kenmore still decent? We had one of those for like 20 years. It got left behind when we moved out of state 😕.
