Wedding Band Material

Hello, I am looking for help with alloys and metals. I love the colour of rose gold and alloys with copper. I am however worried about the relative softness of gold in rose gold, even at lower carats, and want to avoid it as my engagement ring is platinum. I was many professionals jewellers state that the rose gold will always be somewhat scratched and damaged because the relative hardeness of platinum against the rose gold. Does anyone know about alloys being created with tungsten, chromium, palladium and other sturdier metal, whilst mixed with copper to retain a warm/reddish colour? Can find very little from my country (U.K.) but see a German company does alloys with Palladium.
