I am at a point where I am considering leaving the NHS and work for a private company. I have been working in the NHS for nearly 8 years, 5 as clinical and 4 as a senior manager in operations, and just feel progression to be so limited in the West Midlands for a Band 8a. I am very burnout in my role, and realise I have regularly over worked myself and being taken advantage of because of my goodwill and the fact I will never say no to someone that asks for help. Hello, I am looking for help with alloys and metals. I love the colour of rose gold and alloys with copper. I am however worried about the relative softness of gold in rose gold, even at lower carats, and want to avoid it as my engagement ring is platinum. I was many professionals jewellers state that the rose gold will always be somewhat scratched and damaged because the relative hardeness of platinum against the rose gold. Hi, don’t know if anyone has purchased and has been using the new Project E Beauty Lumalux Pro + (Face and Neck attachment)? I got my mask on May 7th, but in less than a week the remote that act as charger has degraded significantly and now doesn’t even hold charge for one treatment session. I have seen a few comments over the internet from people complaining of the same issue, and I am concerned.
