What's the best solution for generating videos with very low specs?

I have been dying to play around with video generation, but I only have an AMD 6750 XT, 12gb vram, 32gb ram.

Considering that I don't care about high resolutions, long videos and professional quality, but I do care about generation times and my computer catching fire, then what's the best I can do as far as models/extensions? I mean the model with the lowest requirements out there.
