We assume that UC has its own spies inside our walls. Of course they do.
But the plans are kept secret among our leadership — only a select few have any idea of what’s going to happen.

At least a hundred barrels of food have been stored, because once the shit hits the fan, food will become a real issue. We also have tons of medical supplies — from splint kits to advanced ones — at least twenty boxes in total.

Then, plenty of beds — at least a hundred — and a few large stationhouses equipped with them for the refugees and newcomers once the war begins.

Semion still doesn’t trust us enough, yet slowly but surely we’re winning the favor of the rebel farmers. Unlike the others, we don’t just leave them to die after the battles — we patch them up, heal them, and slip a bit of cats and food into their bags as gifts.

The starving vagrants are our allies now too. Probably the weakest faction in the whole desert, but that’s about to change once we allow them to train within our walls.

And the Stoat — basically, we’ve got the whole city on our side, except for the Noble and his personal guards. But that’ll be easy to deal with…
