Next steps for retirement savings when raises are small

Retirement

Married, one kid in daycare, both of us have 401k and max our Roth IRAs. I’ve been increasing my 401k contribution by 1% each year. Next year I’m only getting a 1% raise, so increasing it again might feel too tight.

We already plan to max out the Dependent Care FSA next year since the limit is going up, which will help lower taxable income a bit.

I want to make sure we keep making progress toward retirement every year, but without making things noticeably tighter at home. What are some specific changes I should consider next? .

Happy to provide any missing details if needed. Thanks for any guidance.
