New grad RN jobs that people don’t usually talk about?

Heyo! I’ve been applying to a bunch of hospitals and clinics for the past 3 months and haven’t gotten anything yet.

I was wondering what other jobs there are in nursing that no one really talks about, but are new grad friendly.
