Plan renewal offer

I purchased the home internet plus a free mobile line last Black Friday. I believe the plan lasts for a year and it’s almost time to renew. I was wondering if I can get the same or a similar deal to continue my services as some other providers are providing competitive deals but I would rather no go through the hassle fo switching.

I’ve been trying to reach Xfinity customer service for a while, but no luck. One time they made me wait for half an hour and then the call dropped.
