HR training every year is out of pocket lol

Every year I have to do this discrimination training. Mine is for car sales and is pretty broad. It's CA HR so everything is offensive and everyone is a protective class (unless your white). However, my wife is a nurse and hers is very specific. The victim is always black, and the racist is always white. It takes roughly an hour to complete and literally shames you for being white the entire time. One of them shows the white nurse saying things like "another baby without a father" or "she must be poor". I really want to post the out of pocket "racism" shown in the slides, but it would violate her employee handbook. It's quite daunting lol. Does anyone else have similar yearly biased HR training.
