After his Somali fraud investigation in Minneapolis led to Fahima Egeh Mahamud, CEO of Future Leaders Early Learning in Minneapolis he documented in his investigation being indited for millions in fraud. He then investigated childcare fraud in San Diego CA where after bringing light to these "ghost daycares"; an investigation just led to 12 migrants arrested for over 10 million in daycare fraud. Also, after exposing hospice fraud in a LA; the motel where he exposed 15 hospice providers is now virtually empty with many of these "providers" gone. Why is exposing fraud a bad thing when the "real journalists" ignore it?

There is a documented psychological effect in political behavior research with polling, betting, and financial markets. With the growing popularity of betting markets is this the new way both parties are able to create a false dichotomy of what they believe your choices should be? Virtually similar to campaign contributions from packs and corporations to "buy" congress/senate members.

I have been hearing about this recently, but I personally feel like this concept has been around for over a year. The 3 scenarios I experienced were very weird and I would categorize it as price gouging even though that technically only applies under emergencies.

I had a front door in my online cart at Home Depot that went from $899 to $1,799 overnight. Refused to buy it then it magically went back to $899 a month later.

I had an airline ticket go from $1,200 to $3,800 in a matter of 4 hours from my first look. Returned to normal after about 3 weeks.

A few days ago, I had my monitor starting to distort. It's under warranty so I was going to exchange it at bestbuy. Amazon had the monitor

Every year I have to do this discrimination training. Mine is for car sales and is pretty broad. It's CA HR so everything is offensive and everyone is a protective class (unless your white). However, my wife is a nurse and hers is very specific. The victim is always black, and the racist is always white. It takes roughly an hour to complete and literally shames you for being white the entire time. One of them shows the white nurse saying things like "another baby without a father" or "she must be poor". I really want to post the out of pocket "racism" shown in the slides, but it would violate her employee handbook. It's quite daunting lol. Does anyone else have similar yearly biased HR train
