Please help me

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I need your help or advice. I have a cat that we suspect has broken both her back legs but she was still energetic and healthy but last night we didn't know what happened to her and when we found her this morning she appears to have a stroke or something, she keeps her head up and can't stand up, her front legs still works but she can't stand up because she can't keep her head straight and I'm scared, I don't know what to do, and we don't have any money to take her to the vet, we barely got enough to get by. Also I don't really know if there's a vet near my area. I tried to reach out to a Facebook group but most of them have automated messages. She's not even 1 year old yet, we found her or rather she found us last December and she's been in good health until last night. I don't want to lose her, can you guys give me at least an advice?
