Autism × hEDS - "Better out than in"
Marked NSFW because it's kinda TMI lol
I always thought it meant it's more comfortable to pass gas out than in. Because, you know, when you yawn too hard and air goes in and makes a burp sound on the way in. Or you are exercising or whatever and your bumhole (or something else, for us ladies) ... takes a deep breath in.
My husband informed me last night that not only does the phrase mean "the air is more comfortable outside of your body than inside of your body" NOT "it's uncomfortable on the way in", but also, apparently this is not a normal phenomenon.
Autism, meet hEDS 😅
WAS IT REALLY JUST ME WHO THOUGHT THIS !?!?!
