What’s the beeping down in Hythe?

Alright I helped with the question about the musical chime every weekday morning…can someone help me track the beeping in Hythe that’s driving me nuts.

Single beeps about a half second apart, every other beep is half as long as the other, can hear it along the length of Hythe Quay
