Personal experiences with closing projects?
When you have had happy clients at the end of your project and you’ve asked them to close the project (and rate you) and they haven’t done it, how/ at which time do you gently nudge towards it? I usually ask a week or two later if everything is ok or if they still have questions etc, and if/when all is good I’ll ask again to close the project while letting them know i’d be happy to work with them again, and at that stage they can just open another project, and usually at this stage they just ghost. And I don’t want to bother them ofc either, but at the moment i have like 75% of my projects dormant and most of them could be closed, and I’m sure the client would give me a good rating if they would be bothered to do it :D
I would appreciate all thoughts based on your personal experience! At this time I don’t need a link to ”How to write a winning proposal” or any other upwork link, just personal experiences.
