Town Leader: Runs the town as a whole and makes decisions. He/she has final say on all topics.

Town Council: Run the town on a day to day basis, may give out and create plots. They have direct authority under the Town Leader.

Hexagon Developers: They have authority over the layout of the Hexagon so long that it does not conflict with the authority or precedents set by Town Council or Town Leader. Any change or development of that land without the Hexagon Developer, the Town Council, or the Town Leader's approval will be a violation of the property.

Estate District Developer: He/she is in charge of development within the Estate District. Any change or development of that land without the Estate District Developer, the Town Council, or the Town Leader's approval will be a violation of the property.

Fellowcamp Developer: He/she is in charge of development within Fellowcamp. Any change or development of that land without the Fellowcamp Developer, the Town Council, or the Town Leader's approval will be a violation of the property.
