Nausea during period post-HG?

As the title suggests, post-pregnancy and post-HG I’ve suddenly started to get nauseous on day 1 and 2 of my menstrual cycle. Never happened previously. Has anybody else found this?

Just a walking reminder every month of the horror I endured my whole pregnancy 😭
