Proposal Restaurant/Places

Hi everyone, gringo here. I'm going to propose to my Brazilian girlfriend during our stay in Jardim Paulista during Christmas. I'd like some suggestions for restaurants in the area, as well as nearby gardens where I could propose or any other place you consider appropriate! All types of food are welcome. Does anyone know the Japanese neighborhoods? She's very interested in visiting them. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
