What is everyone doing for account / success plans?
Hey everyone,
I've been in CS for a while, but lately it's become crazy. I now have a $10M BoB across about 120 accounts total. It's bananas, I know, and I am trying to search my way out of here, but the market right now is just painful :(.
Anyways, it's "annual planning" season right now, which for my company means we'll have actual plans by March next year, but my manager is hounding me daily for having up to date account plans across the 80 largest of my accounts. I use ChatGPT and some other AI tools to help we write emails and make some QBR decks, etc. but the real challenge I have is that a bunch of other people (Product, Marketing, Sales, of course our CEO, etc.) also talk to customers, and they don't bother to share notes 90% of the time, but I honestly don't know, could be higher, could be lower.
I know people are emailing customers, I know they are having Zoom calls with them (most of which are recorded, thankfully), and sometimes slack or teams conversations.
Somehow, I am expected to know about all of these and to produce and maintain an up to date account by account plan. Usually when I bring up the "well, but this is just not feasible given how people are working here" argument, I get my manager to go away for a while, but lately, its become a "you need to figure this out, and fast" kind of conversation.
So, TL/DR, has anyone found a good tool or platform that helps them with this? It can't be a traditional CSP because they all rely on people actually maintaining them (ain't happening here). I know we are willing to spend money on tools (just never on people, went through several "efficiency cycles" in the past 2 years), but I have no idea where to even start looking for something.
