How do you celebrate yourself when you get a new job or a promotion?

Do you actually take time to celebrate?

Do you go for small reward (nice pastry or nice dinner, flowers) or big purchase (fancy bag, a trip, a luxury item)?

If you do nothing at all, why is that?
