Make your own TMA World Cup/Episode Tournament

Hello everyone!

This post is a continuation of the 2026 World Cup made on this subreddit and inspired by u/SteveBread and his Magnus Archives 2018 World Cup.

We have started a community World Cup in order to elect the best Magnus Archives episode, if you want to check it out, click here!

However, it is gonna take many months to make sure everybody has time to vote for every episode. SO, if you don't want to wait and you'd like to know what is your favourite episode, I created this spreadsheet for YOU!

Now, the spreadsheet linked is a template for you to make a copy of.
Once you have your own copy, you'll be able to edit and do everything yourself!

The instructions are in the spreadsheet but here is how to proceed:

  1. You can, if you want, go directly into Round 1 if you like the order of the template, but, if you want your own personal randomized order, go to the Randomizer tab and follow the instructions there.

  2. Go to Round 1 and rank the episodes from 1 to 5 (1 being your favourite) in each group!

  3. Once that is done, move on to Lower Bracket! Here, the top 4 of each group from Round 1 will get a chance to be saved! In this tab, you will be able to save only your favourite from each new group, but you can of course rank them again from 1 to 5 if you want!

  4. Finally, your top 128 will be decided and you just have to go to Finals and select your favourite episode by clicking the check mark until you reach a winner!

IMPORTANT! If after that, you want to play more than once, duplicate the tab "Finals, make copy" by clicking on the small arrow next to its name and use the new sheet. If you don't, you'll have to uncheck each check mark one by one!

I hope you have fun!

Don't hesitate to tell us your winner or your top 3 under this post! Where you surprised? Did you expect that episode to end up first?
