3 outages in 3 days

For the last 3 days, I have had multiple hour outages. I am at my wits end. No internet, no cable…I work from home and have had to take time off. Sure, I get a $7.60 credit every time it goes down but there has to be something better out there. What can I do to make my internet more stable?
