XB7 bridge mode and need access to 10.0.0.1 - not able to enable in app

I attempt to follow this KB but in my app I do not have a "view wifi equipment" under the wifi tab. No way to turn on advanced admin. My XB7 has been in bridge mode for over 4 years. I was looking to gain access to the admin page and cannot. I tried the chat support and that failed miserably. Can anyone help? Xfinity support?
