Looking for low acid sauces

Hi everyone!

I’m in a GERD flare up for the first time. Any ideas or recipes for low acid sauces, especially BBQ sauce or white bolognese sauce?

Currently have been avoiding tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, and onion. TIA!
