Hi everyone,

Last year was extremely stressful. We had to sell my grandmothers house and move her into a retirement home due to bad health issues and I also got married. Planning was the most stressful time in my life.

I noticed two months before the wedding I had some constipation. For about 2 weeks my gentil area was hurting and I was constantly in a kegel position.

I ended up going to PT for maybe 4-5 sessions. But nothing seems to work. Now it has completely messed things up with my sex life with my husband because it caused so much anxiety around sex. So it went from 2 times a week to maybe once a month. After the wedding we started to try and get more intimate again but I would g

Hi everyone!

I’m just about finished renovating this location, it’s the Pinnacove Halloween concert venue.

Are there any secrets that I should know about this location? I’ve found the camera with the photo. Then in one room there’s a bunch of switches but I can’t figure out what to do. Any idea? TIA :)

Hi everyone,

After tons of stress during this year I started getting a tense pelvic floor back in August. So since then I’ve had on and off constipation. Some weeks are better than others.

I’ve been seeing a pelvic floor therapist but I last saw her in October. Then I stopped doing my relaxation stretches until this last week. A week ago I went for my Pap smear and omg it was terrible, my doctor told me I was VERY tense.

I’ve started on the pelvic floor relaxations again and I plan to go back to seeing my therapist.

I have a squatty potty and I try to drink more water. But omg, TMI…sometimes I literally can feel the stool right at “the door” but it just won’t come out. I’m pretty sur

Hi everyone!

I’m in a GERD flare up for the first time. Any ideas or recipes for low acid sauces, especially BBQ sauce or white bolognese sauce?

Currently have been avoiding tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, and onion. TIA!

I just want to cry. I’ve been experiencing stomach issues on and off for a little over a year. When it first started it was mainly loose yellow stools and food stomach sensitivities. I worked up the courage to see my dr and she did blood work, everything seemed okay, also tested negative for h pylori. Abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound was okay too. At the time I just had a cyst on my ovary.

Anyways, things got better but since November of last year I went through TONS of stress. My grandmothers health deteriorating, moving her into a retirement home, selling the home she lived in for 45 years, and planning/getting married. It was a lot this past year.

I noticed some gastritis back in

Can it actually get better?

I’ve started to have bad acid problems last year on and off until now. It was an extremely stressful time in my life as I was planning my wedding and caring for my sick grandmother. We had to place her in a retirement home and sell her house. It was honestly terrible. Finally, in July of this year she moved into a place where there is 24/7 care and I got married in September.

So the stress has gone down a lot. We sold my grandmothers house which was very stressful as my parents, husband and I had to empty out a home she lived in for 45 years.

So I’ve had on and off gastritis after a round of antibiotics and Advil due to a tooth infection in May. Then I got

Keeping my maiden name or change it?

teacher support & advice

HI everyone,

I just got married last weekend and I'm still debating on whether or not I should change my last name, my last name is very short and easy to remember. Where as my husbands last name is a bit unique. I'm currently a substitute teacher and I've made tons of connections over the years, so I'm wondering if it is worth it changing my last name career wise. I of course could always reach out to the connections and just let them know about the name change.

What did you guys do in this situation? TIA!

Hi everyone!

So I have a photographer and content creator that will start around 11am. They will get a meal during dinner and they are open to having something at cocktail hour.

But my question is I have my caterer providing us individualized lunch boxes for myself and FH, parents, and bridal parties. Do I need to order the photographer and content creator lunch boxes too if I am feeding them during cocktail hour and at dinner?

TIA!

Hi everyone,

I get married at the end of the month so I did a trial traditional spray tan on a Thursday and I rinsed off after 4-5 hours as explained by the lady that applied it. Friday I did a normal shower, tried not to exfoliate too much because I wanted my tan for Saturday as I was having my bridal shower.

Saturday I took a regular shower put on my white bridal shower dress and noticed by the end my spray tan stained my dress in the under arms area.

So I reached out to the company that did my spray tan, it was one of those manual ones where someone sprays you. I mentioned what happened and she said this:

Ok It looks like you did a traditional bronzer based solution. I would recc
