Bad haircut- Do I complain?

Just to say I’m not a confrontational person so I’m not sure what to do, but my haircut was genuinely really bad. I got my hair done this weekend, I never get my hair done (maybe once a year)because I’m saving for a house atm, but I decided to treat myself for Christmas and an event I had. I got my hair cut, coloured (medium length hair, same colour all over to cover greys) with a curly blow dry pinned up to finish. When I do get my hair done I always go to the same place, I showed the hairdresser some videos and pics of what I wanted, explained what way my hair normally sits and then she seemed to be all okay with what I wanted and so I let her at it. I was there for over 3 hours, and because my hair was pinned when I left I couldn’t see the final product. I was shook the next day when I saw my hair properly, she gave me short layers, that were completely uneven, and there is one layer in particular in the back of my head that is a chunk shorter than everywhere else. The layers sit on top of the rest of the hair, and are so choppy, they look like someone put a short bob wig on top of my actual hair. Also, for an all over colour and cut it was €120, and I live in a small town, this place is by far the most expensive. My question is, do I say something? Is there a point since she can’t just glue the hair back on my head. I’m really disappointed I spent so much on a terrible cut that will have me tying up my hair for months to hide it.
