How much should I trust the info ChatGPT gives me while studying?

GPT makes it really easy for me to understand subjects professors suck at explaining and clear out my confusion however there is always that thought in the back of my head making me uncomfortable about it's accuracy. How much do you all trust it and how do you know when to fact check, etc? Thanks^^
