2020 Mazda3 Hatch Audio issue. Speakers stop working and then work again on their own.

Advice Request

Main symptom:

-Speakers won't play any audio in the car after starting it up. Eventually it starts working again on it's own while I'm driving.

Details:

-This issue has happened three times in the last few months. Each time I had been driving the car for 20+ minutes and I stopped either for gas or to grab fast food. When I start the car back up the speakers don't work.

This affects all sound coming from the speakers. So apps like Spotify and YouTube Music, but also my podcast app, VLC (offline music player). FM/AM/XM radio, even phone calls, and text to speech services like Google reading me text messages.

The volume and mute functions all react as if they are working. The infotainment system shows no signs of glitching or any other kinds of malfunctions.

Here's the weirdest part....at least twice the problem just went away on its own while I was driving. For example the first time this happened I didn't realize that I had left a song playing on Spotify after I had given up trying to fix it (I was on my way to work) and after about 30+ minutes the sound just came back on.

Other notes:
The car does continue to make warning sounds and beeps relating to safety features like blind spot warnings etc while the speakers aren't working. I assume those sounds come from separate speakers and are not connected to the infotainment system in anyway.

This was the only other thread I could that was sort of related but those symptoms are a bit different from mine:
