More premier lines catering to strict vegan

Hello We have just starting making plans for a family cruise (all adult). My daughter is a strict vegan (no egg or milk products) and we would like to be on a cruise where she feels at home. Presently we are looking at Virgin, Celebrity, Princess, Holland America, and Oceania. We originally had Viking in the mix but a search of vegan with Viking brought up the following : "While not having a specific vegan menu like some others, (Viking) staff will work to cater to your needs."The other lines I mention all reference availability of vegan specific menus so we have removed Viking from our short list. If you are vegan (not just vegetarian) I would love to hear your experiences with the above lines.
